We woke up to a dark and wet Tuesday morning, today. The season is very obviously shifting. It didn't seem cold(er), just very wet!
Jorja sat at the window before breakfast, all forlorn, watching the rain come down - and did it pour? Of course, we were a bit sad to be cooped up in the apartment for the whole day...
But, what better surprise on a rainy, grey day than a postage parcel at the door? A very special parcel was delivered to us today - books for Jorja from the Wilcox family in London! She had tons of fun unpacking it, and we've had fun reading about "Where's the Button?", "Are you my Mommy?" and an aptly named storybook, "What's In The Parcel, Postman Pat?" Thank you very much!
PJ made it home later in the day during the only time when the rain stopped and we've enjoyed an evening together - reading and playing. Being confined to the apartment today, Jorja brushed up on her dancing skills, so we enjoyed watching her too!
Tomorrow, DV, we'll be heading out. We need a change in scenery, a breath of fresh air, bread, milk, sugar...
