It's been a busy month!

Here are a few snaps taken over this last month, a busy month of milestones, special moments and many new memories to enjoy!

Die Burger-fietstoer 2012
Andel and Brendan making it look easy
After 4 years of working for this events company, I finally managed to see the first group start the race - and skrikked lekker too when the gun went off! It was extra special having Andel participate too - well done!

Jorja told me afterwards that she wasn't impressed by my leaving home so early (02h00!) to go to work...and yet, at her playdate in Grabouw, she didn't seem too perturbed?

Catching up with Lexi
Of course, we've arrived at that time of the year where Mom's waste their time dressing their children in anything more than the bare minimum. Here my child, Ethan, demonstrates that the swimming water is so clean, it's good enough to drink!

Cooling off on the top and the bottom
My time with Zac is precious - sometimes he's happy to smile with  me, other times he doesn't look too impressed to hang out with his Aunty, but for now he can't escape me! This is one of my favourite photos with him to date...and there was nothing he could do about it (Bwha ha ha ha...)!

I will not fall asleep...I will not fall asleep...I will not fall zzzzzz
Speaking of sleeping - see this rare occasion below:

DO NOT DISTURB
Ethan's been showing us all his new tricks lately. Here's the one where he looks like he's just missing his evening Argus and a foot rub!

Look Mom, 1 hand!

Then last Saturday we visited The Vine School www.thevineschool.org.za - formerly known as John Wycliffe Christian School. I wonder if Jorja's facial expression is because she's trying to work out how her Mom and Dad fit on this swing set when they attended this school!

Mom and Dad went to school?
And then, Ethan's milestone this past month: Crawling. Robyn is pretty sure that he could do it for a while already and was just keeping us in suspense. Whatever his reason, he's now making easy work of climbing stairs and shuffling along... which means that my exercise programme is now full steam ahead!
