Day 26

As we fast approach dinner time, we're watching the closing moments of the Utd vs. Bayern game alongside friends as far as Lansdowne, RSA and family in Vermont, USA. Jorja has decided to take a nap now and the day is winding down, in general.

Racilla came to visit this morning and this time Jorja was much more vocal! Perhaps Racilla mistakes Jorja's babble for Spanish, but the two of them were going at it all morning. We also visited Bonny Babies via Skype and spoke to Reece, which was a treat. Jorja has taken to climbing over the dinner table if given just half a chance, so to have her sit still and interact on the computer was a treat for me too!

We met another young girl that lives in our block. She was outside in the garden with her child-minder when we returned from our afternoon walk. Between P-J, myself, the child-minder and the superintendent playing Spanish charades, I think I understand that the child's mother speaks English fluently. Well, let's hope for another sunny day where we can all meet upstairs on the deck! In the meantime, I don't think they need to be able to speak the same language to play together, right?
